My wife Cyndi and I live in Yankton, South Dakota.
My experience in the housing and business industries include working for twenty-five years at a Fortune 500 company, owning and operating a handyman business, and working in real estate rental property.
When I’m not on the job, I enjoy being outdoors, improving our land and home, and meeting new people through my business and the Yankton-area community.
I promise to...

Provide realtors and home buyers with facts they need to make knowledgeable and informed decisions.
Never compromise a thorough inspection for the sake of time.

The Benefits of Certified Work
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the U.S. Surgeon General, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) strongly recommend that ALL homebuyers have an indoor radon test performed prior to purchase or taking occupancy, and recommend having the radon levels mitigated if elevated radon concentrations are found. Elevated radon concentrations can easily be reduced by an NRPP Certified radon mitigator.
Steve’s certification involves 60 hours of education through the Center for Environmental Training Institute, as well as in-field exercises and mentorship with other certified radon mitigation businesses. While this education, training and certification is not required in South Dakota, Steve felt it important to have the right knowledge for this field of work.
