Clients and realtors can set up an inspection any time Monday - Saturday between 8 am-5 pm. Reports will be provided the same day.

Clients will receive a comprehensive narrative style report instead of a checklist. The goal is to provide clients with a “handbook” of their prospective home that details all accessible areas of the house. Clients should expect to receive their report on the same business day as the inspection, but sometimes can be up to 24 hours after the inspection.
